Egg fried-rice with smoky flavor

[Ingredients]

Rice 1 bowl (200g)
Green onion 1/2 cup (40g)
2 eggs (120g)
Cooking oil 4 tbsp (40g)
Dark soy sauce 1/2 tbsp (5g)
MSG 1/4 tbsp (2g)
Salt 1g

[Directions]

1. Chop the green onion.
2. Add the chopped green onion and cooking oil to a pan and stir-fry. Set it aside when golden.
4. Make scrambled eggs on one side of the pan.
4. Add soy sauce to the empty part of the pan and let it boil. Mix scrambled eggs with the green onion.
5. Once the egg and green onion are mixed, add salt and rice and mix with the heat turned off.
6. Stir-fry over high heat once the ingredients are all mixed.
7. Add MSG to finish if you prefer.
