In this video I show my process of redesigning the extruder that I made in the past that uses timing belts to push the filament. I made it out of mostly laser cut parts because making one is a lot faster this way. The extruder needed to be improved anyway and I think that remaking this out of sheet material enables some interesting possibilities!
