In today's video I'm sharing 5 healthy freezer meals I made to prep for postpartum! If you saw my announcement post, then you already know that our sweet baby girl has joined us! She surprised me and came before my due date and was born on 2/28 :) We have been so enjoying these meals since her arrival, it has made such a huge difference having nourishing meals just ready to go this time around. Chili (my recipe):
1 lb ground beef or pork
1 onion diced
3 cloves garlic minced
28 oz diced tomatoes
15oz beans of choice
5oz tomato paste
1-2 cups frozen corn
salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, cayenne pepper to taste

Pizza dough (my recipe):
4 cups flour (I like half whole wheat half all purpose)
1/2 cup starter
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup water
