This video is about our ridesharing experience in Mexico. We mostly used Uber and DiDi for our transportation needs as it was quite inexpensive. Uber and DiDi both proved to be very reliable, except DiDi often had to be paid with cash due to credit card processing issues.

In retrospect, I could have also mentioned that in Merida we saw a greater number of cancellations by drivers. In speaking with others it almost seems like an epidemic in Merida, but for us personally it wasn't a huge issue. There were a handful of times when it happened, but only once or twice where it actually caused us an issue and was mildly frustrating. Usually they canceled right away and we were able to get another driver in under a minute.
