Gra Valkas Empire, an empire from alternate Earth that were transported into the new world just like the US, Soviet union and Warsaw pact, the difference is that, they were transported two months earlier. They largely resembled Imperial Japan in terms of culture and philosophy, but their technology are on pars with the United States in the late 1940s and early 1950s. Gra Valkas Empire is a very aggressive nation, seeks to expand their sphere of influence by any means, at first they are docile and hope for a peaceful contact but all of that changed after a single diplomatic disaster in one of the new world nation which was paid with the life of their envoys. They are the "cause" of one of the most deadliest war in Elysia history.
