We are building 💪 & burning🔥 with this super fun combo class!

I have always incorporated combination moves into my classes & LOVE them for so many reasons.
To name a few, they:
1. Save time by targeting multiple muscle groups at once.
2. Boost calorie burn during and after workouts.
3. Enhance functional strength for daily activities.
4. Improve coordination and balance.
5. Increase workout intensity for greater gains.

But, I understand how this could be intimidating if you're not used to doing them. So, in this class we are building STRENGTH & CARDIO Combos, one exercise at a time.

This class has 8 blocks & each block has 3 exercises that we do individually for 20 seconds. Then, we will add them together for a longer combination exercise & do that for 40 seconds.

Take your time & go at your own pace, always!
Grab your dumbbells (3-5 lbs), your water, & Let's Go!!
