I review the 2016 Chevrolet Colorado Duramax Diesel Z71 while on a road trip from Austin, TX to El Paso, TX. Can it make the 575+ mile journey on a single tank of diesel fuel? With 181hp and 360lb-ft of torque, this mid-size truck does a great job at being a road trip worthy vehicle. This Chevy also returns decent fuel economy and great highway mpg fuel efficiency. Along the way, there was a single vehicle rollover accident and I had to use OnStar to call for help. With a Bose stereo, 4 wheel drive, and other details, this truck really does impress.
