3D printing is a rewarding hobby but it can present challenges for beginners. I guide you through fixes for five of the most common issues noobs face. Extruder/hot end clogs, loose carriages, wobbly frame, bed leveling are all covered, as well as manual mesh bed leveling, which emulates a BLtouch without actually needing one. This means the upgrade is free!

I’ve tried to pack a lot into 15 minutes, hopefully this is a comprehensive but concise guide. All resources are below, but the take home message should be to persevere and frequent community groups to learn as much as possible. Search before you post, if you do post be clear and provide images/video, and most importantly, be very grateful when helped!

Now you are ready to change in configuration.h:
1. Uncomment #define probe_manually
2. Uncomment #define LCD_bed_levelling
3. Uncomment #define mesh_bed_leveling
In configuration_adv.h:
4. Comment out #define arc_support
5. Set board to Sanguino, 1284P 16mhz
6. Set port and upload
