🔆 Just 7 ingredients:
1. Bread Flour High Gluten Flour … 230g (1 7/8 Cup)
2. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder … 20g (2 3/4 Tbsp)
3. Sugar … 25g (1 2/3 Tbsp)
4. Instant Dry Yeast … 4g (1 tsp)
5. Salt … 2g (1/3 tsp)
6. Chocolate Milk … 200g (1 Cup)
7. Melted Unsalted Butter… 15g (1 Tbsp)

🔆 Toppings
8. Chocolate Chips … Some
9. Cream Cheese… Some

🔆 Mold
23 cm diameter non-stick baking tray

🔆 Important note:
1. Because it is made with chocolate milk, the dough is sticky, which is normal.
2. Each brand of bread has different water absorption capacity. If the dough is wet, you can add an appropriate amount of dry flour.
3. This bread be mixed with different fillings, adding chocolate chips to make it more fragrant. Add cream cheese/dried fruit/nuts for another flavuors
