Serving for 4

4 or 5 cans (6.50oz)chopped clams
1 small btle clam juice
2 cans chicken broth
1 chicken bouillon cube
3 cups small cubed potatoes
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 tablespoon thyme
1 tablespoon minced garlic
3/4 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups half & half
2 heaping tbles cornstarch (mixed in 1/4 cup of water)
Important—Sauté in bacon grease!
