This easy key lime pie recipe is actually very authentic! Traditional key lime pie filling is made from only 3 ingredients: key lime juice, sweetened condensed milk, and egg yolks! Many authentic recipes don't even require you to bake the pie! However, I like to bake it for a short amount of time to help set the filling a bit firmer.

-200 grams (2 cups) graham cracker crumbs (or other crumbly cookie)
-113 grams (1 stick, 1/2 cup) butter, melted
-50 grams (1/4 cup) granulated sugar

788 grams (2 14 oz cans) sweetened condensed milk
-5 egg yolks
-227 grams (1 cup, 240 milliliters) key lime juice
-1 tablespoon lime zest (optional)
