LED Flat panel lighting is all the rage. Low wattage, high output and affordable. Or is it?

Our flat panel lighting is falling apart after a couple years. Now we have to replace all o0f them because they don't make the same product any longer.

Why is everyone putting in lighting that can't be easily replaced?

Check out our LED flat panels after just 3 years they are garbage and rather than changing light bulbs, we have to replace the panels that we were promised would last 10 years or more.
