Treat yourself to a diner-worthy shake without wrecking your macros. This delicious keto chocolate shake has minimal ingredients, but it's smooth, creamy and packed with satisfying fats and protein. We love adding in a pinch of quality salt to chocolate recipes because it enhances and balances out the chocolate flavor.

Ingredients:
- 2 scoops Unflavored Collagen Protein powder (https://shop.bulletproof.com/collecti...)
- 1 - 1.5 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1/2 - 1 tsp. vanilla bean powder
- Stevia or natural sweetener of choice, to taste
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup of filtered water
- 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 1 cup ice
- 1/2 - 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. Brain Octane MCT oil (https://shop.bulletproof.com/collecti...)
- Pinch of salt

Instructions:
1. Add all the ingredients into a high powered blender and blitz until everything is well combined.
2. Adjust the sweetness if needed.
3. Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy.
