This advanced PCOS workout, no equipment strength training, takes just 20 minutes, and it's a full-body workout. It is a great strength workout for Lean PCOS and PCOS weight loss.
If you're a beginner, I recommend you start with my beginner strength training workout, then try my intermediate workout before moving on to the advanced workout. Do each workout three times a week for 3-4 weeks before moving up a level.
