CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN SHAKE
Here's what you'll need :
1 medium to large banana broke into 4 pieces
2 scoops Isopure low carb dutch chocolate protein powder
1 scoop PBfit all-natural organic peanut butter powder
1 large cup of ice (add more ice as desired)
1 cup of water
Blend until desired smoothness

STRAWBERRY MANGO PROTEIN SHAKE
Here's what you'll need :
1 medium to large banana broke into 4 pieces
2 scoops Isopure zero carb vanilla protein powder
10 large frozen strawberries (12 if yours are not large)
