I live next to Hollow Rock Nature Forest which has brought major sustained relief for Tinnitus, all I have to do is just walk thru it. So I recorded a couple nights 10 full hours ready for my sleep. Now I'm sharing a library of sleep sounds as a test to relieve my tinnitus even further and maybe they can help yours. In the current research for tinnitus (Susan Shore U of M BiModal Stimulation), the research shares that your DCN brain stem (where quick reaction to sounds is processed (fight or flight) before being sent to your Auditory cortex, is auto-completing the sound frequency with a phantom buzz or ringing you used to hear. In fact it’s still being created by your brain long after long after the initial audio trauma and damage caused by some event. My audio clip was designed for me to break that and mask the head tinnitus and maybe, de-focus from that tone that we are getting. And it may work for you, It may not. I originally posted this noise for sleep and other reasons, and then friends and comments here started saying, "hey bro, this eases tinnitus volume dB and impact, and thru more listening my self (8-10 hrs a day) I realized, it helps lowering head tinnitus if I listen to during sleep.

I believe listening to a specific unique sound combination and research based tone patterns can reduce tinnitus dB so low that it no longer is apparent. I live next to a forest with a stream where I professionally record then layer a spectrum of of unique sounds. I experimented days and nights and basically "tricked" my brain and found solitude. I try to mediate 5 min a day and sleep peacefully. I try to add grateful thoughts and positive affirmations when possible. You deserve peace and I'm happy I can share this. - Ryan

Listening at low volume is a good idea. This was experimental for me and your comments will help, if you have hearing issues visiting an audiologist is a great idea. There is hopeful research being done in this field and more to do before tinnitus and related hearing afflictions are fully understood.
