Welcome to this video, which I thought was going to be impossible to make due to academic obligations. Miraculously, a week magically appeared, so I used it to completely mess up my circadian rhythm. What better way to spend a week-long break?

To those wondering why I wouldn't be able to do this challenge during breaks, I go back home during breaks. And I can't just sleeping during the day while I'm back at home LOL

(also, there's a typo at 18:28. "woke up at" and "slept at" should be switched: the left column is sleeping time, and the right column is waking time)
