豆豉蒸鸡,鲜嫩多汁,好吃又下饭,做法简单又容易

材料:1个大鸡腿肉,1小块生姜,4瓣大蒜,2勺豆豉,半勺白糖,1勺酱油,1勺蚝油,1勺绍兴酒

1)鸡腿肉去骨,然后去皮,再切成小块
2)豆豉清洗干净,生姜切成丝,大蒜切成蒜末,放入鸡肉盘中
3)加入白糖,酱油,蚝油,绍兴酒,抓拌均匀腌制10分钟
4)放入蒸锅里蒸10分钟就可以出锅了
