Country bread recipe:
450 ml warm water.
1 tablespoon sugar.
1 teaspoon dry yeast.
600 grams of wheat flour.
1 teaspoon salt.
Bake at 230°C (446°F) for 20 minutes.
Moisten the bread with water.
Bake at 200-210°C (400-410°F) for 25-30 minutes.

Country bread recipe:
250 ml warm water.
1 tablespoon sugar.
5 grams of dry yeast.
2 tablespoons sunflower oil.
400-450 grams of flour.
1 tablespoon salt.

Bake at 190°C (370°F) for 40 minutes.
