🟢材料:
雞腿2隻
腐乳2小塊
辣椒、薑、紅蔥頭適量
紹興酒1湯匙
生抽1茶匙
糖1茶匙
生粉1茶匙
油、胡椒粉、芝麻油 少許

🟢做法:
1️⃣ 雞腿洗淨吸乾水去骨切件。
2️⃣ 腐乳用1湯匙紹興酒、1茶匙糖、少許芝麻油調開,加入雞件、薑片、紅蔥頭、辣椒絲、少許胡椒粉、1茶匙生抽、1茶匙生粉、少許油醃半小時。
3️⃣ 將雞件放入攤薄放蒸碟中,水滾下鍋大火蒸8分鐘。

🟢Ingredients:
Chicken legs - 2
Fermented bean curd - 2 small pieces
Chili, ginger, shallots - as needed
Shaoxing wine - 1 tablespoon
Light soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
Oil, white pepper powder, sesame oil - as needed

🟢Cooking directions:
1️⃣ Wash and dry the chicken legs, remove the bones and cut into pieces.
2️⃣ Mix the fermented bean curd with 1 tablespoon of Shaoxing wine, 1 teaspoon of sugar, a little sesame oil, and add the chicken pieces, ginger slices, shallots, chili, a pinch of pepper, 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of cornstarch, and a little oil. Marinate for half an hour.
3️⃣ Flatten the chicken pieces thinly on a steaming plate. Bring the pot of water to a boil, then steam over high heat for 8 minutes.
