蒜香炒鸡,蒜香味浓郁,外酥里嫩,非常的好吃,做法超级简单

材料:2个鸡腿肉,1整粒大蒜

1)鸡腿肉去骨,放一些姜片,少许胡椒粉,1茶匙盐,抓拌均匀腌制10分钟
2)大蒜拍扁,切成蒜末
3)腌制好的鸡肉把姜片去掉不要,打入一个鸡蛋,加入3勺玉米淀粉,抓拌至粘稠的状态
4)热锅倒入多一点油,油热后一个一个放入鸡肉,中火慢炸,炸至金黄色取出来沥干油份
5)锅中留下一些油,放入蒜末爆香,放入炸好的鸡肉,加入一勺白糖,两勺酱油,快速的翻炒均匀就可以出锅啦
