In today’s video, Serene guides us through a Shoulder Mobility Flow that you can do before your workout or throughout the day! Try this out and let us know how you like it!

0:25 Full Body Hang
- Without a pull up bar
- Hold a stable surface to lean away from
- Bend hips back
- Align head with arms and spine
- Straighten your spine the best you can
- Hold 10-15 seconds
- Focus on your breath

1:38 Downward Dog to Active Plank
- Walk hands out
- Push through your hands
- Guide hips up
- Glide Hips Forward into plank position
- Exhale down
- Move back to Downward Dog
- Inhale up

2:20 Scapula Circles
- 4 point position
- Push through your arms
- Guide Shoulders up and around your back

3:04 Prone Handcuffs
- Hands behind your back
- Palms facing the ceiling
- Pull shoulders back
- Tuck hips into the floor
- Lift hands and hold
- Extend & Rotate arms out to your side and in front
- Control back & around
