The title says it all! I am horribly overthinking all of this, but I'd rather overdo it than under-do it while I am learning what it takes to build a somewhat 'proper' structure. Another way to add gaps for air and water flow would be to not butt the strapping together, which I will aim to do for the rest of the cabin.
The angle flashing, I believe, was supposed to be done earlier in the process, but it wasn't, so I am doing now anyway just cuz 😊
I'm really excited to get the siding done - I think it's gonna be the next big transformation on the cabin!!l

Lenny, although has good days and bad days, he still has many more good days than bad compared to what he used to be like, so I hope I didn't leave things too sad! All the pets are doing well, and Steve is too ! 😊
