Follow the steps below to block text messages on iPhone:
1. Open the Messages app on your iPhone.
2. Find and open the message from the number you'd like to block. This includes any spam text messages you want to block.
3. With the message open, select the arrow next to the number located at the top of the screen.
4. Select Info.
5. Select Block this Caller.
