Generally this meal is made up of 1 serving of lean protein (Lean), 3 servings of low-carb veggies (Green), and 1-2 servings of healthy fats. These nutrients definitely DO NOT have to be boring! In today's video, I am sharing my current fave TACO SALAD recipe and trust me, you HAVE to try this one! This recipe combines all the delicious ingredients of your favorite tacos into a hearty taco bowl that will leave your feeling satisfied and those cravings BE-GONE! Who knew eating healthy could taste so good!! This recipe is sure to change the game for you while on your Optavia 5&1 Program!

TACO SALAD
1 leanest, 3 greens, 1 healthy fat, 3 condiments
**Serves 1

INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz Avocado
1/2 lb 99% Fat Free Ground Turkey
1/4 C Chopped Cilantro
1/4 Jalapeno Chopped
2 C Chopped Lettuce
2 tbs Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 tbs Taco Seasoning
2 tbs Water
1/3 C Diced Tomatoes
1/2 Scallion Chopped
Olive Oil Spray
