Today I bring to you my workout plan to lose weight! I want to show you guys a workout plan for beginners with a realistic body type! I find a lot of gym training videos are with super fit people.
I understand it's because they share the proper form and teach you how to learn a movement, but what about heavier people? I would personally like to see people in a not so fit body type or more specifically plus size women working out! I get so self conscious about all of my jiggle, I can't be the only one.
