Let's take a look at the new Audi SQ5; a car that's well equipped, very practical inside, and offers more than capable performance... But... Is it actually innovative and moving things forwards or just an incremental improvement from before?

The Audi SQ5 is powered by a turbocharged V6 with 354PS/500Nm so it will get to 100km/h in just 5.4 seconds and on to a limited top speed of 250km/h. The inside is finished with diamond stitching on the seats and carbon fibre inlays, as well as the 12.3" display for Audi's Virtual Cockpit.

On paper, the car ticks every box and could be a perfect everyday usage SUV, but does it have a character to match?
