This week has been wild. The first video was therapeutic and was well received. Thank you to everyone who reached and was supportive. It really means a lot to me and I appreciate it. I felt like I needed to get more out there so the urge to make another one was not stifled. It’s a bit longer then the first one but I figured if people are watching videos of complete strangers maybe they’ll watch another one of mine. So here it is. I’m just a person and these are my thoughts and experiences. So take it easy on me. Just like everything else I hope this opens up more conversations and dialogue. Talking, listening and learning is an action we can all participate in.
