My experience with running during pregnancy so far has been completely different from what I expected!
As a generally fit and active person, I thought I would be able to keep up with my running during pregnancy but that has not been the case. It took a while for me to be okay with that and accept the changes my body is going through.
If you are trying to run during your pregnancy, but struggling, please know it is totally okay. Trust your body and give yourself grace. Your body is doing an amazing, crazy thing right now! You can get back to running later.
