This jack-o-lantern lure may scare the fish OR maybe the fish will try to take its candy. Driving home from a semi-successful fishing trip...I caught two crappie after being skunked multiple prior trips...and I saw the neighbors were putting out their freshly carved jack-o-lanterns. That gave me an idea for our next lure painting project. This custom lure only uses three colors but the details are what gives it character. The detail orange creates a perfect pumpkin base coat for the rest of the lure. I'm in the mood for some pumpkin pie.
