Being gluten free since 2007, I have tried nearly every gluten free bread brand and recipe. In talking with many other gluten free people like yourselves, the question asked over and over is the same: Why can’t gluten free bread have the taste and texture of conventional bread?

I was asking the same question and decided to find an answer. For the last six years, I have been working to perfect my gluten free bread recipe.

The goal was to create a gluten free bread that tasted very much like conventional bread with a texture that would hold up to any cooking process AND still be soft and pliable, but not gummy. And, it had to taste like bread!

I believe I have achieved gluten free bread nirvana with this gluten free bread recipe, and I am so thrilled to share it with you.
