So because of my background, I grew up having low self esteem where I doubted myself constantly. Now, I’m more at peace with it, and I found out that having low self esteem is not all negative like the way society portrays it to be. And it’s not permanent, that is, you having low self esteem doesn’t mean you’ll always have it. It fluctuates up and down. A big life event like a divorce or losing your job might crash your high self esteem. Or you might meet a partner who thinks the world of you, and suddenly, you might start seeing your low self esteem surge up to the top.
