Start your day in a mindful way with this quick 15 Minute Morning Yoga Flow to awaken the mind and body. It's a short creative sequence that will leave you feeling balanced, energised and ready for the day ahead. Morning Yoga to Awaken and Energise is the best way to make sure you have a postive mindset to take with you throughout the day.

We begin the class with gentle spinal twists and hip openers. Slowly progressing into a little energy boost with leg lifts to awaken the glutes and core, before ending with some deep hip stretches in cow face pose and neck stretches to finish off the yoga class. If this was more of a warm up for you then you can move onto a class like this to complete your yoga awakening -    • Vinyasa Flow Yoga - Full body Workout...
Or you can call it a day and end with a meditation like this one -
   • 5-Minute Mindfulness Meditation | BE ...

This yoga class was shot at the beautiful Mangosteen Ayurveda and wellness resort in Phuket Thailand @Mangosteen-Phuket (https://mangosteen-ayurveda.com)

Enjoy friends, let me know your thoughts in the comments :)
