blending toners- dark to light to cancel out orange/yellow with toner melting. we'll cover how to pick a toner, formulate it, mix it up, and apply it.


*key points:
•a toner melt is using two different toners (darker usually on top and lighter on the bottom) and blending them together
•hair tone can be warm, cool, or neutral
•warm colors = reds, oranges
•cool colors = blues, violets
•to make a toner: 1 part color + 1 part 10 volume developer applied on towel-dried hair for up to 15 minutes
