FLAT BREAD RECIPE:
Ingredients:
Chia seeds
Water
Brazil nuts
Cashews
Pumpkin seeds
Sesame seeds
Paprika
Thyme
Italian herbs
Nutritional yeast
Salt
Method:
Mix all nuts in blender until it turns into a powdery texture then add water, chia seeds and spices with a spoon until it becomes a sticky and thick texture. Place dough on baking paper on a large tray and spread until its as thin as you can make it. Put in oven for 2-3 hours on a low heat until it hardens and is golden brown.
