Many women who are having troubles conceiving, but have regular periods every month might not know that they might not be ovulating. How is this possible? One of the reasons is YOUR THYROID. Underperforming thyroids cause "Hypothyroidism". This will elevate your TSH levels, making it so you might not ovulate (it's called anovulation), have a harder time getting pregnant, and can lead to miscarriage if pregnancy is achieved. The period you are having might just be the shedding of old uterine lining.
