Basically, this is canon up until the end where Emma finds out that Regina etc. are in our world and in trouble, so she gets in the bug and goes to find them. When she sees Regina at the bar Regina won't talk to her, she just can't believe that Emma's there but is also scared that she's just going to leave her again to go back to Hook and she can't take any more pain. Late that day she does talk to Emma, and they have a heart to heart where Emma reveals she's not with Hook and she misses Regina. Regina does some soul searching and remembering all the bad and good times they've had together she realises she might want to give Emma a chance.
