🔻The @ouraring doesn't just track REM and deep sleep; it also gives you a lot of data about how you are doing on a physiological basis.
🔻The Oura ring's readiness score helps me determine what kind of exercise I can do, whether I can go harder or need to do something less intense. 🔻Sleep may be the most accurate time to measure several pandemic-related outcomes like temperature and respiratory rate.
🔻Three things that could predict whether you have COVID are:
1️⃣elevated temperature
2️⃣elevated respiratory rate
3️⃣decreased oxygen saturation.
👉Which brings me to my other ring from Wellue Health's O2 Ring. I know I am healthy when my oxygen saturation is above 96%. As for EMFs, I got several questions about electromagnetic fields in the previous video on sleep. I looked at all the science that we have on EMFs for my latest book BRAIN BODY DIET. The evidence is modest, yet lack of proof is not proof against the dangers. It's hard to show an association between EMFs and adverse health effects. The data is fair when it comes to Alzheimer’s disease and brain cancers and for that reason, I don't use EMFs around my brain.
But for me, the amount of actionable data I get from the Oura ring compared to the small amount of EMFs it emits is worth it to me. It may not be worth it to you, however. and it's important to review the data and decide if it is right for you.
