Lazy man chicken and rice out the oven and my OCD.
This is a meal I have been making for over 29 years ++++ for my family, as a young child while helping my mother prepare dishes she would say we are having Lazy Man Chicken with Rice because she was too tired to fry chicken. When I became a young mother at 19 years old I wanted to stretch my money and this meal so I jazzed it up with Cream of Mushroom served it with green beans, yams and sweet corn bread and jellied cranberry sauce .
My Famous Lazy Man Chicken with Rice in the oven with Cream of Mushroom was born, this was always a go to meal for me before I was married and during my marriage especially with a big family. Simple ingredients, easy to make and budget friendly especially when hard times hit
