We retrofit our 2021 Tesla Model Y with the new parcel shelf! We requested the parts and installation through the Tesla app and Mobile Service came within a couple weeks. The parcel shelf rests on top of two new trim panels, providing additional security for cargo contents in the trunk. While this was DIY possible, we decided to go through Tesla Service as there are numerous panels and the lower seatbelt anchor to be disassembled. Below are the Tesla part numbers.
