Welcome! This is my 149th rental car and today I'm driving the 2020 Jeep Cherokee Limited 4x2.

This full-sized SUV is:

(1) fun to drive;
(2) has updated tech; and
(3) a decent amount of storage.

So there's a lot to talk about.

Just to give you a quick road map of where we're going. First I'll give you the spec on this vehicle. Then we'll take it for a spin together and look at handling, acceleration, and cabin noise. And then I'll give you a full tour of the interior and then close things out with a star rating.

Storage space:
Large area in the back. PLENTY of room for normal activities like hauling around kids, grocery shopping, and trips to the hardware stores.

Also, on the corners, near the wheel wheels there are metal rings so you can tie things down. And their also a 12V DC power port back here. I've yet to use on of these in the rear of my vehicles...but it's still good to know it's there.

The floor of this area is a lights wood material that lifts up easy and revela a spare tire and a bit of extra storage.

And then if you do need more room, the rear seats fold down easier just by pulling on these plastic buttons. It takes only a few seconds and they you're left with a MUCH bigger storage area you can use to haul around larger items. I LOVE practial vehicles like this.

Handling: Outstanding at low and high speeds.

Acceleration:
From a stop: Not bad, a little slow (not much HP)
While moving: About a 1 to 2 second delay before you move forward.

Cabin Noise:
At slow speeds: Decent, but you can still hear the noises outside.
At high speeds: You definitely hear the wind through the cabin.
