Ingredients and recipe:
- Warm water 200 ml
- Dry yeast 7 g (2 tsp)
- Sugar 2 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil 110 ml
- Egg 1 pc.
- Yogurt 110 ml
- Salt 1 tsp.
1. Stir until all ingredients are dissolved
- All-purpose wheat flour 600 - 650 g (add in parts)
2. Mix well with a spatula
3. Knead the dough on the table for 4-5 minutes
4. The dough should be smooth and not stick to your hands.
5. Grease the bowl with vegetable oil
6. Place the dough in a bowl and let it rise for 45-50 minutes.
7. The dough turned out like a cloud, what beauty!
8. Divide the dough into two equal parts
9. Roll them into a ball
10. Cover with a towel and let rest for 10 minutes
11. Roll out into a 30x40 cm rectangle
- Soft butter 120g (60g and 60g)
12. Brush the dough with softened butter
13. Fold the dough into an envelope and repeat the process as I did
14. Anoint with oil again and fold into an envelope.
15. Place the dough on a plate and cover with a towel
16. Do the same with the second piece of dough.
17. Cover the dough and let it rest for 25-30 minutes.
18. Done. This is the best Cinnabon dough in the world!
19. Roll out into a 30x40 cm rectangle
- sugar 3 tsp.
- Cinnamon 1 tsp.
20. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar
21. Cut into 2.5-3 cm wide strips
22. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil (diameter 20 cm)
23. Twist the strips
24. Place in a baking dish
25. Roll out 2 pieces of dough into a rectangle of 30x40 cm
26. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of cocoa on top.
27. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar.
28. Cut into strips and twist
29. Place in a baking dish (diameter 26 cm).
30. Cover with a towel and let rest for 25-30 minutes.
31. Our Cinnabons have risen, look how great they are. Beauty!
- Egg yolk 1 pc
- Milk 1 tbsp.
32. Lubricate with a brush
33. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 28-30 minutes.
34. You can cover the last 4-5 minutes with foil or baking paper to prevent burning.
35. While our Cinnabons are baking, we make a delicious cream
- Butter 50 g
- Cream cheese 150 g
- Powdered sugar 2.5 tbsp.
36. Beat with a mixer for 3-4 minutes
37. How beautiful, just out of the oven!
38. While hot, spread with cream
39. This is very tasty! The dough is like a soft cloud
