The Super Bowl is next weekend and you have to have some great snacks and finger foods to enjoy the game.

Many times, you see hot wings that are fried...which are fine but if you are trying to lose weight and eat more health the baked variety is the way to go!!!! As I continue my 50 by 50 journey, this is the best way to go and boy oh boy are they ever good!
