Healthy Aging, Longevity, and The Keys To Living in Abundance in Midlife

I turned 55 years old! Wow - how did that happen? Most of us don't feel our chronological age...and that's a good thing! How can we make the most of our midlife years.

Longevity and living a full life is more than eating healthy, eat a balanced diet and exercising. Yes, those are very important, but making sure you have a balanced lifestyle is also just as important -- the relationships you keep, your living environment, how much sleep you get (or don't get)...reverse aging is possible when you balance all the areas of your life.

Stress is a major factor in causing disease, illness and an unhealthy lifestyle. When we are stressed, we tend to obsess, not move, eat crap, which affects our moods and the cycle is hard to break.

How can we break these unhealthy cycles? First it's creating the awareness in yourself so then you can change your habits, step by step.
