☘️Step 4: Grease the desired mold with a bit of oil and pour the ingredients into the mold
☘️Step 5: Place the mold in the refrigerator for three hours to harden ☘️Step 6/ After three hours, remove the cheese from the mold and drink it

🔴 Point:
🌱1/ You can use any nuts you like; you don't have to have two nuts; one type is enough.
🌱2/ Check the salt and lemon juice while mixing; if it is not enough, add it
🌱3/ You can add herbs or spices to the cheese spread to add flavors, such as basil, oregano, or paprika.
🌱4/ Remember to soak the nuts for three to four hours

🔵 Cooking Tips and Tricks:
🌟Soaking the nuts is crucial for the texture and taste of the cheese spread. Soak them for at least three to four hours to soften them, making them easier to blend and giving them a creamier texture.
🌟Use a high-powered blender or food processor to blend the ingredients thoroughly. A weak blender might be unable to break down the nuts, resulting in a lumpy texture.
🌟 Agar is a vegetable-based gelatin that will help give the cheese spread its shape and texture. Be sure to dissolve it thoroughly in water and mix it well with the other ingredients to ensure it sets properly.
🌟If you want a firmer texture, add more Agar to the mixture. On the other hand, if you prefer a softer, creamier texture, use less Agar.
🌟When pouring the mixture into the mold, tap it gently on the counter to remove any air bubbles, which can create pockets in the cheese spread.
🌟To make a more attractive presentation, roll the cheese spread in chopped herbs, nuts, or spices before serving.

That's it! We hope you enjoy making and eating this vegan cheese spread with sunflower and pumpkin seeds. It's a healthy and delicious alternative to traditional cheese spreads.
