Ingredients:
- Basa fish fillets
- 1 large lemons juice
- 1 tsp salt

For the coating:
- 1 cup of gram flour
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 2 tbsp roughly grounded coriander seeds
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tap ajwain (carom seeds)
- 1 Tbsp of dried methi (fenugreek)
- 1 tsp salt
- Water
