Chicken marinade: 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp salt & 1 tbsp oil

Rajwalla curry:
4-6 tbsp oil or ghee - Shallow fry chicken then remove
1 cup chopped onion
1 tsp salt
2 tsp garlic & ginger paste
2 bayleaf
Capsicum - 2 wedges of green & 2 wedges of red slices
2-4 green chilli (optional)
Spice mix:
1 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala & 1 tsp chilli powder (for mild flavour leave out the chilli)
2 tbsp tomato puree
add in pre-cooked chicken
2 heaped tsp garlic pickle
250 ml base gravy
2-4 tbsp single cream
Fresh coriander for garnish
