Question asked was, what if the sahir doesnt give you the taweez? The object sihr was done on in cases of black magic.

Obviously if you decide to ask for the taweez your doing it only after you confirmed it with first general self ruqya diagnosis, and then you reacted to the person with the (O Allah who is the sahir? self ruqya diagnosis) or from dreams confirmation when sincerely asking Allah who did it.
