Hi friends, It's Laurie here from LEMon Yoga and welcome back to another video with me. Today I'm taking you through an everyday yoga stretch routine that will focus on full body flexibility. Were mainly stretching the back, legs and hips in this full body yoga routine. This yoga flow is just 15 minutes long making it doable everyday so you can keep working on your flexibility.
