Here's the method I use to get the fibers out of my sugar cane juice. When using a Breville Fountain Elite Juicer, quite a bit of indigestible fiber is left in the juice. It MUST be filtered out before you drink the juice. This video shows how I do it. This type of filtering is not necessary when using a dedicated cane juicer that crushes the cane and does not shred the cane like the Breville does.
